Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEA Exchange platform operated by SEA Exchange Ltd., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands ("SEA Exchange", "we", "us").
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By registering, you represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is prohibited by applicable law.
2. Services
SEA Exchange provides digital asset trading services including spot and perpetual futures markets, custody-related deposit and withdrawal facilities, and institutional API access. Services may vary by region and account tier.
3. Account & KYC
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and identity verification (KYC). We may suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or violate these Terms.
4. Trading risks
Digital asset trading involves substantial risk of loss. Futures trading with leverage can result in losses exceeding your initial margin. You trade at your own risk. See our Risk Disclosure.
5. Fees
Trading, deposit, withdrawal, and funding fees are published on the platform and may be updated with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of fee changes.
6. Intellectual property
All platform content, trademarks, and software are owned by SEA Exchange Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute platform materials without written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEA Exchange shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including market volatility, system downtime, or third-party service failures.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with BVI arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
